How does Iago intend to dispose Cassio & Roderigo? What actually transpires? He wants Cassio & Roderigo to fight each other to the death & Iago will dispose the one living. Cassio was a good fighter so Iago stabbed him in the leg and he killed Roderigo.
How does Iago’s treachery finally work itself out? The truth comes out about Iago’s lies. Othello, Roderigo, Emilia & Desdemona are dead because of Iago’s plot.
What philosophical viewpoint prevails at the end of the play? The evil emotions of jealousy, anger, envy & greed.
How has behavior & attitudes between the sexes changed since Shakespeare time? How have behavior & attitudes remained the same? Women can get jobs men have; allowed to have freedom; are highly educated. However, women being the weaker sex has remained the same.
Do you think Othello tells the truth in his speech to Desdemona? Why or why not? Yes I believe he did and he also regrets for what he did to her thats why he committed suicide.
