Othello Metaphors

Metaphor 1 “Her name that was as fresh as dian’s visage, is now begrimed and black” Othello is speaking, saying that Desdemona’s reputation was a fraud.
Metaphor 2 “Never, Iago. Like to the Pontic sea whose icy current” Othello is saying that rage or violent thoughts flow like a river when theres so much evidence (Iago putting thoughts into Othello’s mind).
Metaphor 3 “A horned man’s a monster and a beast”Othello is expressing that Desdemona’s unfaithfulness has turned him into a beast.
