Be bloody, bold, and resolute. Laugh to scorn The power of man, for none of woman born Shall harm Macbeth. | Scene 1-second apparition is a bloody child, no one that is born from a woman can harm Macbeth, everyone is born from a woman meaning no one is a threat |
Be lion-mettled, proud, and take no care Who chafes, who frets, or where conspirers are. Macbeth shall never vanquished be until Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane Hill Shall come against him. | Scene 1-third apparition is a crowned child holding a tree and it means that he does not need to fear until the forests move to his castle, but since that is impossible he shall never fear |
