Titinius is comparing the setting of the sun to Cassius’ death- the sun is a giant fireball that disappears at sunset- one of Rome’s greatest figures has disappeared- a sunset is the end of a day- the death of Cassius is the beginning of the end of Rome
Who do the soldiers believe that they have captured in Scene 4? Who is it really? They think they captured Brutus, but it is really Lucilius.
How does Brutus die? He runs himself into Strato’s sword.He believes that it would be more noble to die themselves than to let the enemy kill them.
Why does Antony say that Brutus was the “noblest Roman of them all”? Antony realizes that Brutus was the only conspirator who did not kill Caesar for selfish reason but for the good of Rome.
